Its proprietary silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) and aluminum nitride (AlN) materials serve critical roles in industries such as industrial control, new energy, rail transportation, and consumer electronics.

To support Aichem’s rapid expansion and precision-driven manufacturing model, Zekta designed and delivered a series of non-standard automated systems, tailored to meet the strict technical requirements of ceramic DCB & AMB substrate processing:

• Automated material loading and positioning platforms, suitable for brittle ceramic sheets and multi-layer copper cladding
• Precision robotic arms with multi-axis alignment, enabling high-speed, micron-level placement accuracy
• Customizable process modules for copper surface treatment, etching, and selective plating
• Inline inspection and defect detection systems, featuring vision-based quality control for surface and edge anomalies
• Real-time MES integration, ensuring seamless data capture, traceability, and adaptive production adjustment

The automation solution not only reduced manual handling of fragile components but also greatly improved production efficiency, consistency, and throughput, empowering Aichem to scale up domestic production of high-end Si₃N₄ substrates and accelerate replacement of imported materials.
