Innovating Non-Standard Automation with Precision and Purpose
Leading Custom Automation Solutions Provider
Founded in May 2015 and based in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, Zekta Automation is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the design, development, and manufacturing of custom non-standard automation equipment. With a core focus on robotic system integration, smart factory upgrades, and precision automation for manufacturing environments, we serve a wide range of industries undergoing digital and intelligent transformation.
Our core team is composed of seasoned professionals with extensive backgrounds in automation, machinery design, and factory-level integration, many of whom previously held key roles in leading industrial enterprises. Leveraging deep technical expertise, we provide innovative, scalable solutions across multiple high-precision sectors, including PCB manufacturing, semiconductors, ceramic substrates, glass substrates, photovoltaics, and panel display industries. We are particularly recognized for our advanced film lamination processes and the development of surrounding auxiliary automation systems.
Zekta’s key product offerings include film lamination machines, vacuum lamination systems, film peeling equipment, and a wide range of customized inline automation systems. Beyond lamination, we have the engineering capacity to develop and deliver complex non-standard equipment such as passive component production lines, robotic loading/unloading systems for injection molding, automatic material sorting units, precision screw assembly machines, ultrasonic nail insertion units, CCD inspection systems, automated packaging equipment, intelligent PC-based printing systems, rotary table assembly machines, and complete product assembly lines — including high-performance robotic dynamometers.
Since achieving profitability in 2019, Zekta has grown rapidly. In that year, we initiated R&D and production in PCB lamination and film peeling automation, achieving an annual output of USD 3 million. By 2020, we entered the ceramic substrate industry and successfully developed the first dual-lane lamination machine in China, pushing our annual output to USD 10 million. The following year, we expanded our customer base within the ceramic substrate field and introduced China’s first dual-lane film peeling machine, driving output to USD 12 million. In 2022, we launched our proprietary vacuum lamination machine into mass production, contributing to an output of USD 20 million. By 2023, we had established strong repeat business from key ceramic substrate clients, with multiple orders for both laminators and peelers, exceeding USD 30 million in total annual output.
Innovation drives every facet of our work. Over 50% of our workforce is dedicated to R&D, with 20% holding PhDs and 30% holding Master’s degrees. Our research is particularly focused on automation solutions for small-format materials such as ceramic substrates and wafers. As of July 2023, Zekta has secured more than 30 patents, including over 10 core R&D patents covering advanced lamination, peeling, and vacuum processing technologies.
Our products meet globally recognized standards, including ISO 9001 and CE certifications, ensuring reliability, safety, and consistency across all deployments. This quality commitment empowers us to provide professional, compliant automation solutions to clients worldwide.
Driven by experience, powered by innovation, and rooted in customer success, Zekta Automation continues to lead the way in custom automation technologies. We remain committed to building smarter, more efficient systems that enhance manufacturing performance and support long-term industrial evolution.

How to Purchase from Zekta
01
Requirements Research and Technical Communication
We conduct in-depth technical discussions to fully understand custom automation line requirements, including production process flow, capacity needs (cycle time, daily/monthly output), product specifications (dimensions, weight, material), automation level (full/semi-auto), layout constraints, and electrical/pneumatic requirements. Special considerations like cleanroom standards, environmental conditions, and future expansion plans are also evaluated.
02
Solution Design & Engineering Evaluation
Our engineering team develops 3D simulations and feasibility studies, presenting 2-3 customized proposals. Each includes layout drawings, process flowcharts, equipment specifications, control system architecture, and risk analysis. Detailed project timelines and cost breakdowns ensure technically and economically optimized solutions.
03
Technical Agreement & Contract Signing
Upon solution confirmation, we jointly draft technical protocols specifying performance metrics (OEE, MTBF), acceptance criteria, and IP rights. The commercial contract covers payment terms (typically 3-3-3-1 milestone payments), delivery schedule, warranty (12-24 months), and legal liabilities to protect both parties’ interests.
04
Detailed Engineering & Manufacturing
Post-contract, we execute detailed design including FEA analysis, PLC programming, and vision system integration. Production adopts modular approach using premium components (e.g. Siemens servo, ABB robots), with FAT conducted for each module to ensure quality compliance.
05
Factory Acceptance & Optimization
After assembly, 72-hour continuous operation tests verify cycle time and failure rate. Clients attend on-site FAT where we fine-tune parameters and provide operator training (theory + hands-on) to guarantee performance meets technical specifications.
06
Installation & After-sales Service
Our engineers handle on-site installation, utility connections, and system commissioning. Post-delivery services include 1-year free maintenance (remote support, 4hr emergency response, quarterly PM), plus lifetime paid technical support with complete equipment documentation.
